“I just wanted to get in touch to compliment a member of your team in Belfast, I believe his name is Aaron. He called me last week to check if I’d received my quote to continue my policy, as I hadn’t a chance to look at it properly he agreed to call me back this evening, which he did promptly. He offered me a very competitive deal/price which I was very pleased with. It was all done and dusted in a matter of minutes, which I very much appreciated. At a time when people seem to complain for any small reason I feel it important to praise great service when it is received. So well done Adelaide and well done Aaron.” Steve McPeake.

“My reasons for supporting Adelaide are mainly for price but also knowing that I would get good backing. I would like to compliment Adelaide’s customer services for their help in obtaining proof of my no claims from my previous insurer. Having tried several times to obtain the proof required for my new policy I then sent another request and copied my email to Adelaide. When I returned from holiday I had a mailing from Adelaide saying that they had been in contact with my previous insurer and obtained the required proof. “Once again, my I bring your attention to the staff at Adelaide IAM, In particular Mr Adie Laird.

I have been a customer with you for so many years, the Dead Sea was only sick and the Gibralter Rock was just a pebble.

Every time I call your office , I am met with courtesy and respect and a very polite telephone manner. The staff are very knowledgeable and always try to get me the best insurance quote. Having agreed my policies are with me within minutes. I can call and do mid-term adjustments with no fuss.

Being a Police Office, I am very well aware of dealing with the public, so I believe I am well qualified to recognise good public service when I see / hear it.

I know that some generic emails are read out which embarrasses a few when they are named – but being recognised when you are doing your job and doing it well, deserves recognition, especially in this day and age when people are quick to complain.

Adie is one of these staff members that always has a welcoming, cheery voice, he does the best deal he can whether its my car or home insurance. We have a laugh on the phone and I am made to feel that bit special.
